These terms cover your use of this website, run by Eswar Varun S, a freelance web developer and automation expert in Chennai, India. By using the site you agree to them.

Projects and quotes

Every project runs on a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If anything on this website differs from your signed proposal, the proposal applies. Nothing on this site, including anything the AI chat says, is a binding quote.

Free demos

A free demo comes with no obligation to buy. The demo design stays mine until the project is paid for. Once you've paid in full, you own your website's content and design as described in your proposal.

Sample sites

The sites under "Work" are samples made to show what I can build. Except for my own modelling portfolio, the businesses, people, prices and reviews in them are fictional, and their photos come from Unsplash. Their buttons show what would happen and don't place real orders or bookings.

The AI chat

"Ask my AI" gives automatic answers that may be incomplete or wrong. Please confirm anything important with me on WhatsApp or email before you make a decision.

The design, text and code of this website are © Eswar Varun S. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and I'm not responsible for their content.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or online, and I'm not liable for losses caused by relying on it. Work for clients is covered by the warranties in their proposal.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
