Privacy policy

This website belongs to Eswar Varun S, a freelance web developer and automation expert in Chennai, India. This page explains what happens to your details when you visit the site or contact me, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What I collect

• When you contact me on WhatsApp or email: your name, number or email address, and what you write. I use it only to reply, prepare your demo and quote, and run your project.
• The "Ask my AI" chat answers your questions on the page. This website doesn't store what you type. If you tap "Continue on WhatsApp", your last few questions are copied into the WhatsApp message so you don't have to type them again. Please don't share private details in the chat.
• Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the site you came from, and your browser, device type and country. It uses no cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
• Hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, so there's no cookie banner. A few sample sites under "Work" remember a basket or a light/dark choice in your own browser's storage; that never leaves your device.

Other services

The sample sites under "Work" load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or Instagram take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Client projects

When I build or run a website or automation for your business, I handle your business data only to do that work, as set out in our written proposal. Accounts, domains and tools are set up in your name, and I don't sell or share your data or your customers' data with anyone.

How long I keep it

Messages and project files are kept while we're working together and for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires for invoices. You can ask me to delete anything else sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to s.eswarvarun@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93848 08493, and I'll reply within 7 days. If you're not satisfied with my reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
